Pleasant Hill was incorporated in 1961 and has a population of about 35,000. It grew largely after WWII. Pleasant Hill has an award-winning City office complex on Gregory where the Sunday Farmers Market is held in the parking lot. Nearby Crescent Circle offers shopping and eateries in a “Main Street” tradition. Pleasant Hill is bordered by Concord on the West and Walnut Creek on the South.
